Computer Art & Design

I have many years experience working with Microsoft Word as an author and I'm still learning Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Computer Art is one of my favorite areas to work and learn. I have designed business cards, brochures, book covers, etc...

The book cover shown above was created for my second book, "Bringer of Balance." The illustration on the right was slightly altered in Adobe photoshop and used as the cover image. "Rivers of Decision" was designed for Dream Catcher Publishing. The author had a few images of the plane he wanted to use for the cover image. I was able to use my personal photographs to provide the water background for the book cover and I altered the image of the plane in Adobe photoshop.

Besides book covers I have designed postcards, business cards, brochures, posters, bookmarks, flyers, and many visual lessons used during my fourteen years teaching middle school art.

They were produced just for fun.

The original image was a charcoal drawing of my dog, Chance.
